Flat Abs Fast

Because I’m scared to death of the havoc peri-menopause will soon wreak on my midsection, I’m hyper vigilant about paying attention to my abs.

One of the few things I retained from my reading of 7 Years Younger: The Anti-Aging Breakthrough Diet (GoodhouseKeeping, 2013, hardcover, p. 170) was this little sidebar tidbit: The Number One Flat Belly Move is two sets of 15 bicycles (the kind you learned in elementary school PE class) three times a week.

I started doing this back in the summer when I read the book and let me tell you what, despite my fluctuating and unpredictable weight, my abs have stayed relatively flat for months. And if I forget a week, I can tell, it works that well!
